- Response management (NB we have an affiliated company who are able to offer the full registration service for smaller events. Unfortunately we are unable to offer registration for events with over 2500 visitors but will be happy to liase with a nominated registration company)
Subject Matters have established relationships with a design house, printer, mailing house and email and fax management company. However, experience has shown us that most clients have their own preferred suppliers with whom we are happy to work – Subject Matters will liase with your chosen supplier.
Campaign analysis
- Response analysis including cost per response/cost per attendee.
- Production of comprehensive post-show report to act as a basis for marketing planning for the next event
Charges
Subject Matters will give you a price for the project, that way you know exactly what you will be paying and there are no nasty surprises. The price is based on a daily rate. After an initial briefing from you on exactly what is required, we will put together a complete schedule for the project clearly showing how many days we expect each task to take. Therefore, you have an overall project price for your budgeting purposes.
