The Best Practice Showcase
9 June 2006
Hilton Metropole, Edgware Road, London W1

The fourth Best Practice Showcase will feature five conference streams covering programme, project, risk and change management. Delegates from the private and public sector will learn how to initiate and maintain business transformation.

Case studies will explore how organisations have benefited from the application of best practice. They will range from the cost effective use of specific processes to the strategic coordination of a portfolio of programmes and projects to change the way organisations work.

The event will feature ‘Birds of a Feather’ Meetings. These sessions will cover a variety of topics and will be an ideal way for delegates to meet each other and to engage in lively debate. Each session will be chaired by a well known industry figure.

The Best Practice Showcase is free to attend for qualifying programme and project managers and directors. Others may attend by application. There will be a charge of £250 for students and £350 for all other applicants.
