We are an integrated training, consultancy and interim management company. We specialise in helping clients to achieve successful change through the innovative use of project and programme management and through an inspirational approach to learning which is both effective and enjoyable.
We are a fully Accredited Training Organisation that has also gained UKAS status through APM Group. All PearceMayfield Training Consultants are fully accredited by the APM Group to UKAS standards.
We have provided training and competence development services since November 1994. We are well known for our training and inspirational coaching, consultancy and interim management services through our network of highly skilled and experienced practitioners.
Our passion is to be the best in the world at helping professionals make break-through steps in their developments as Project and Programme Managers. This means that we are prepared to travel the professional development journey with our clients, rather than merely run training courses and fill up places on them.

Best Practice Showcase Event 2006
PearceMayfield are pleased to attend the APM Group’s Best Practice Showcase event as it an opportunity for us to promote our services to a wider network of consultants at all levels and also to give customers the chance to see our training techniques in action at the Interactive table session.
We set ourselves aside from other training companies by delivering inspirational and practical coaching, much more than reading a manual or going through presentation slides! You will find your professional skills developed in a stimulating way that suits different learning styles. Not only do we have company values but we work to them! Our slogan is “staying the course with you” and we do just that - we will protect your qualification with our unique exampledge - coaching you until you obtain the practitioner certificate in either PRINCE2™ or MSP and have a PRINCE2™ Practice Blog for our delegates to receive hints, tips and templates once you are back in your project or programme.
Also, our Chairman, Patrick Mayfield, was a member of the team that developed the PRINCE2™ for Practitioners and MSP courses and was Lead Assessor for ATOs between 1996 and 1999. |
