Birds of a Feather – Round Table
We will be hosting a round table session exploring some of the qualitative and quantitative techniques that can be applied to help you identify and manage risks; by example we will create a Risk Breakdown Structure, investigate root causes using an Ishikawa Diagram and complete a fault-tree analysis. The pro’s and con’s of other various techniques will be discussed so that participants may consider the options applicable to their organisation. Finally, we will review the output of a cost-simulation exercise and explore options for how best to manage the project’s risk budget.
“My training is more on the financial aspects of risk rather than the thought processes behind the equations. I am grateful to you for inspiring me to think a little behind the mundane calculations”
“Very thought provoking”
“Thanks for an entertaining and interesting review of risk management”
If you’d like to attend this BOF please select the ‘Qualitative and Quantitative Methods for Risk Management” session when you register.
