APMG Seminar: “Managing Successful Programmes”
Summary
Managing Successful Programmes was first published in 1999, acknowledging the belief that good management at a programme level is key to achieving successful delivery. MSP provides a framework of best practice principles and concepts drawn from experiences of setting up and managing programmes. Of course, the business environment itself is constantly changing and this needs to be reflected in the guidance. As a result, there is a requirement to review and update MSP to ensure that it continues to meet the needs of its users.
This seminar will take a look at the latest version of MSP which includes practical advice on benefits' management, governance and stakeholder engagament. It will also feature two case studies; one from the private sector and one from the public sector to show MSP in action.
