"Xansa Education and Training celebrates 21 years in business this year, and since our early days as Duhig Berry we have focused on helping organisations achieve their goals by adopting  best practice in Programme, Project and Service Management.  This year we have added four new courses to our schedule under the heading of PRINCE2 in Practice. These are designed to focus on helping PRINCE2 practitioners to further develop as project managers, and to introduce some elements of project management and PRINCE2 to a wider audience.

We will be at the Best Practice Showcase this year to meet with fellow practitioners with a view to exchanging ideas.  We will be joined by a guest from the Government sector who will speak about how they are tackling a major change management programme, with a special focus on the importance of the role that project management has to play in delivering culture change."
