Snap-Tech is one of a select number of APM Group Accredited Training Organisations (ATO’s) around the world with the capability to assist organisations to achieve peak performance through training and implementation of both the PRINCE2 method, Managing Successful Programmes (MSP) framework; and assessment of organisational project capability through the OGC’s project management maturity model and PRINCE2 maturity model.  The APM Group Project Management Maturity Model assessment process is an established method that independently measures an organisation's level of project, programme and portfolio maturity.
