For Best Practice Showcase 2007, PMProfessional Learning will come prepared to talk about any aspect of their full range of project and programme management services including:
- Corporate Learning Services (‘Roadmap’ Solutions, Knowledge & Competency Assessment – using our web based knowledge assessment tool ‘Knasto’ and structured interviews, Needs Analysis, Bespoke Training Solutions, Work-based learning, Coaching & Facilitation, Business Benefit Evaluation).
- Public Certification Training (APM, PMIâ, PRINCE2™, MSP, Risk).
We will also be running a Birds of a Feather session ‘Are Sponsors born or bred?’ at 10:15am and 13:45pm when we will review the roles and responsibilities of Sponsors and discuss:
- What skills, knowledge and experience are required by project Sponsors.
- How do Sponsors acquire these?
- Additional opportunities/challenges for the project manager with an inexperienced Sponsor.
