Company Overview
Pearcemayfield is an integrated training, consultancy and interim management company, specialising in helping clients to achieve successful change through a fresh and innovative use of change management, project and programme management, and through an inspirational approach to designing learning experiences which makes mastering skills in these areas both effective and enjoyable.
We focus on the learner; we craft a training course from a learner-centric perspective, rather than delivering ‘death by PowerPoint’ and notes to match. Having established our company on clear operating values, we are able to provide clients with a consistently distinctive service across different training courses and within our consultancy.
pearcemayfield is an Accredited Training Organisation in PRINCE2™ and Managing Successful Programmes and an Accredited Consultancy Organisation through the APM Group. We offer public scheduled and tailored in-house training courses, as well as a wide range of support to customer assignments related to change, programme and project management.
Best Practice Showcase Event 2007
pearcemayfield are pleased to attend the APM Group’s Best Practice Showcase event as it an opportunity for us to promote our services to a wider network of consultants at all levels and also to give customers the chance to see our training techniques in action at the Interactive table session.
We will be hosting two Birds of a Feather table sessions based on the new version of the MSP Manual, giving delegates a detailed tour of the changes made to the 3rd edition of this best practice guide. Patrick Mayfield, co-author of the new manual, will be present at these sessions.
pearcemayfield welcomes you to attend a Breakfast Briefing on the new version of MSP, due for release in June, which was co-authored by our Chairman, Patrick Mayfield.
During the 90 minute briefing, Patrick Mayfield will describe the principal features and benefits of MSP and explain where the method has been strengthened and improved, why changes were made and why it can boost the performance of your organisation.
Find out how MSP now:
- recognises the value of the 'emergent programme'
- promotes the role of the leader
- strengthens areas such as benefits realisation, stakeholder engagement, dealing with risk and managing the business case for programme-level change
- simplifies the overall process for change.
There will be four briefings held in London, Oxford, Cardiff and Warwickshire during July 07. To attend one of these free briefings registered your details at www.pearcemayfield.com, call us on 01235 227 252 or come and see us at the Best Practice Showcase event on the 27th June at the QEII Centre, Westminster, London |
