Training
Novare Consulting is an Accredited Training organisation approved by the Association for Project Management Group for the delivery of PRINCE2, MSP and Change Management courses.
We have excellent pass-rates and all courses are delivered by highly experienced practitioners. Delegates’ feedback shows that our courses are practical, relevant and enjoyable.
Novare Consulting runs a comprehensive range of PRINCE2, MSP and Change Management Courses both In-House and through our Public Course Schedule.
Small Projects
 Novare Consulting offer an innovative solution which is complimentary to PRINCE2 to ensure that project management is proportional to the scale and risk of the products being delivered. Our Software product MicroP2 is accredited to Silver Level by the APM Group, and has been piloted in several public sector organisations with great results.

Conference Seminar “Tailoring MSP to Transform Performance”
Chris Ferguson (Novare Consulting) and Garry Owens (Deputy Chief Executive of Blyth Valley Council) will be explaining how the council has undergone significant, far reaching changes, and how the council has responded by using ‘light touch’ applications of MSP and PRINCE2. This has helped to organise and mobilise programmes and start delivering projects focused on benefits aligned with our performance framework.

Howard Rowley Associate Consultant of Novare Consulting will lead these sessions.
