Maven Training is a dedicated project and programme management organisation specialising in training and implementation of the PRINCE2 and MSP methodologies. We also offer general project management courses including courses focussing on project management skills and techniques.
We aim to provide a quality service and to aid you in achieving your desired project goals through coaching and assisting delegates in not only achieving an exam pass but also to enabling them to implement the practical application of often time theoretical methodologies.
We have extensive experience across both public and private sector organisations.
Our core services include:
- Provision of examination-based training courses;
- Provision of non-examination skill-based courses and workshops;
- Development and delivery of bespoke training courses;
- Development of web-based training content for use by our client base via their own intranet sites;
- Provision of innovative training solutions in line with our clients’ internal staff development plans including the development of games, self-test questionnaires, ‘How To…’ guides and case studies for use by delegates for their continued personal development.
Our strong commitment to quality is evidenced by the achievement of the Accredited Training Organisation status through the APM Group; in addition we have achieved our Investors in People Accreditation and are currently working with Business Link for London to achieve the ISO9001 quality accreditation this year.
We have worked with a variety of organisations across the public sector including local authority and NHS projects as well as projects within key areas of the private sector.
Clients we have worked with include; Surrey and Sussex Health Authority, Southwark Council, London Borough of Newham, The Home Office, The Big Lottery Fund, KPMG, Capital One, Manpower and Carlisle Staffing.
