About us

In 1998, The Business Learning and Conference Centre (widely recognised as the blcc) was added to the Lauder Group?s Enterprise portfolio to meet the needs of the rapidly developing market place, offering tailored solutions to business problems.  We offer our clients access to quality training, business support and a well-equipped venue for seminars, conferences and off-site business.  We recognise that in working with a client to design and deliver developmental interventions, it is vital that the programme meets both the needs of the business and the individual.

The blcc has worked in partnership with a wide range of private and public sector organisations to deliver management programmes such as PRINCE2?, Management of Risk (M_o_R ®), and Managing Successful Programmes (MSP?), to design and deliver leadership, management and change programmes to IT and Personal and Professional Development courses and workshops. 

By working in partnership with the organisation we are able to take the vision, values and business goals and design a developmental programme that bring these aspirations and challenges to life.

The blcc is a Scottish based Accredited Training Organisation (ATO) for PRINCE2? Project Management, Management of Risk (M_o_R ®), Managing Successful Programmes (MSP?) and Diploma in Project and Programme Management (PPMD), accredited by AMPG.  We deliver our programmes on a national level, throught Scotland, England, Ireland and wales.
