Corporate Project Solutions

Company Overview

Corporate Project Solutions (CPS) has been a sponsor of Best Practice Showcase since its inception four years ago.

CPS has recently expanded its business and range of services. With over ten years' experience, CPS has implemented the Microsoft Enterprise Project Management (EPM) Solution and associated project, programme and resource management processes to thousands of users worldwide. Additionally, CPS now offers training courses, developed to meet the needs of all potential users of the Microsoft EPM Solution; from project team members to senior executives. Courses can be used solely to provide software education, or as a key element within a wider implementation. CPS has also revitalised its resourcing department and can provide professional staff for any project environment.

Many companies are implementing robust project management methods and systems to directly affect bottom line performance. CPS has developed a modular product, P4P, which provides implementation of project management processes within Project Web Access. P4P is designed for organisations wishing to advance from Project Management Maturity level 1 to 3, 4 and beyond. P4P supports project teams looking for a simple repository of project management information to large businesses attempting to direct global programmes. For example, P4P has been implemented within the Microsoft EPM solution at Birmingham City Council.
