CEC Europe is an independent UK based company providing services in the areas of IS/IT consultancy, recruitment and resourcing. We have a client base of mainly medium to large UK based or multinational organizations in both the public and private sectors.
CEC has been helping clients since 1987 by providing businessfocused IS/IT consulting services from setting direction through to managing and implementing change; specific areas of expertise include:
- IS strategy and architecture development & planning
- Business & systems analysis, including:
- Business process modelling & change programmes
- Data modelling
- Requirements analysis
- Feasibility studies, solution evaluation, selection and procurement
- IS Implementation planning, including user acceptance testing
- IS architecture planning, IS rationalisation
- Programme & project management
CEC’s 20 years experience helping organisations deliver successful programmes and projects has gone into the development of our Framework™ Project Lifecycle Methodology. Framework™ can be integrated with the leading project management methodologies (for example PRINCE 2) and has been adopted by a number of leading UK organisations.
In addition we have experience in a range of methods and tools such as Information Engineering, IDEF, SSADM and frameworks such as Zachman, DoDAF and TOGAF. |
